金神社 岐阜市
Kogane Jinja is one of the most famous shrines in Gifu city and is conveniently located in the city center. The shrine was founded way back in 135 AD. and has long been considered a place to pray for financial blessings.
Kogane Jinja has been destroyed and rebuilt on several occasions with the current structure built in 1988.
The golden torii gate and the vermilion color of the building stand out. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Meitetsu Gifu station.
